Seth Ennis is engaged. He asked his longtime girlfriend, Janna Nevil to marry him over Christmastime. He turned to Instagram to share the happy news along with a snippet of a new holiday song, accompanying it by simply writing, "She said yes."
The song is called ‘Xmas’ and the ballad details how he planned for a year in advance to ask his now fiancee to marry him at Christmas, beginning with a man-to-man chat with her father the previous holiday season.
Mark Wills will be the newest addition to the Grand Ole Opry. He was recently surprised and invited by Vince Gill to join.
Mark, whose formal Opry induction will take place on Jan. 11, has earned eight Top 10 hits since launching his career in 1996, including “19 Something,” “Wish You Were Here” and “Don’t Laugh at Me.”

Carly Pearce had an incredible year, and she ended it by recently getting engaged- but she's hoping to make 2019 one for the books.
When asked about her New Year’s resolutions she said, “I mean I don’t know that either of these are short term but they are definitely where I think my head is one being a Female Vocalist of the Year nomination or a New Artist of the Year nomination, maybe a win at the ACMs or CMAs, and then Grand Ole Opry member. That’s genuinely probably the biggest honor I could ever have.”
Carly will hit the road with Russell Dickerson to co-headline the Way Back tour on January 24th in Cleveland at the House of Blues.
Dan + Shay remain at #1 on the country charts for the second week in a row with their single ‘Speechless.’ And, they have added to the line up on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest. They will perform live in New York City.

Michael Ray and Carly Pearce are engaged! He popped the questioned a few days before Christmas while they were in Mexico and she shared the big news on social media a couple days later saying, “All in one simple yes, I said yes. Michael, I would have married you the first night we hung out because I knew then you were the one. #OMGIHAVEAFIANCE #LOOKATTHATRING.”
Carrie Underwood has experienced a little difficulty with her pregnancy. Insomnia.
In the middle of the night, she’s turned to retail therapy on Amazon. Recently she woke up to realize she spent more than $600 worth on makeup during one of her sleepless nights.
Carrie then tweeted, “Dear pregnancy insomnia, Please go bother dads. My husband sleeps so soundly and peacefully and I’ve been awake for 2 hours (so far). How is this fair? Imma lose my mind!”
She is due in January.
