How to Prepare to Fall Back- the time is changing and we gain an hour of sleep when we go to bed on Saturday night- yes, set the clocks back. We gain an hour of sleep, and as Cher says- turn back time! Yessss! Here are the helpful hints:
- Apparently we were supposed to be going to be 30 minutes early all week. Try that tonight and tomorrow
- Stick with this new early bedtime even when your body adjusts
- Don't use caffeine as a fix
- It will be dark earlier, so make adjustments to your schedule as you see fit
- Per usual, check your smoke detectors, flashlight batteries, etc.
