Sarah Kay Cooks: Low Carb Shake And Bake Chicken

I am still watching those pesky carbs. I wish I could watch them go in my mouth more, but I digress. My friend and co-worker, Alyssa gave me this recipe for Shake And Bake Chicken: Paleo Low Carb Edition. It was delicious. It was super easy to make, super easy to clean up and I will so make it again.

Gluten Free Shake And Bake Chicken Paleo Friendly
Ingredients:
4 pounds of chicken: drumsticks, tenders, cutlets
½ cup almond flour
2 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon of ground pepper (optional)
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sage
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
olive oil

Instructions:
-Preheat over to 450
-In a large zipper storage bag, combine a ingredients except the chicken and oil
-Line 2 13x9 inch pans with aluminum foil (makes for easy clean up)
-Drizzle the olive oil over each pan
-Place a few pieces of chicken in the bag and shake until coated
-Put the coated chicken in the pan
-Bake, uncovered for 20-30 (depends on your oven) turn over and bake 10-15 if needed. Baking time depends on what type of chicken you use.
