Sarah Kay Cooks: Spinach Cream Cheese Chicken

Spinach Cream Cheese Chicken
4-6 Chicken Cutlets or Tenders
1 block of Cream Cheese
1 cup of Mozzarella
3 pinches of Salt
1 cup of Spinach

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken to your liking.

Mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, salt and spinach in a bowl.

Place the chicken into a large casserole dish. Scoop in the cheese and spinach mixture onto on side of the chicken, then fold the chicken over and use a toothpick to secure it.

Bake for 27-30 minutes. Enjoy!
