Christmas lights are one of the most wonderful things about Christmas in my opinion. I love driving around with my family and looking at all the displays that everyone has put so much effort and Christmas spirit into! It's a tradition to jump in the car with cups of hot cocoa to seek out all the pretty lights!

Every year, I check out the list of local displays from Northeast Ohio Family Fun before we head out the door. Dustin Lynch has sent his next radio single to country radio! "Stars Like Confetti" is the third single from his latest album Blue In The Sky and is the follow up to "Party Mode". The song was co-written by Josh Thompson, Thomas Rhett, and Zach Crowell.

Jackson Dean, scored his first #1 hit with his debut single "Don't Come Lookin'" and now he has sent his next single to country radio! Jackson said on social media that "the song was written from a place of honesty about the way a woman makes a young guy feel. It’s something we don’t talk about a lot, but it’s there just the same."

I absolutely love "Heart Like A Truck" from Lainey Wilson, definitely on my year end list. Loved hearing her sing this acooustic at our Bosom Buddies Benefit in October and this live performance is pretty amazing. Lainey is backed up on this one by choir students from the University of Nebraska Omaha along with a pianist, a couple acoustic guitars and a drummer playing a cajon. Of course Lainey's vocals are always on point and watching this will give you goosebumps!

Last night, Shania Twain was honored at the People's Choice Awards with the Music Icon award and sang a medley of some of her biggest hits! One song though, got a bit of an update. In her hit song "That Don't Impress Me Much" the original lyrics are "Oh-oh, you think you’re special/Oh-oh, you think you’re something else/OK, so you’re Brad Pitt/That don’t impress me much." But last night, Brad Pitt was replaced with fellow Canadian Ryan Reynolds and his reaction was pretty humble, "me?" haha! Watch the whole performance below, but that moment starts at 2:19 in!

Bailey Zimmerman just earned his first #1 single with "Fall in Love" and he is ready to go with his next hit and sent "Rock and A Hard Place" to radio as his next single! Bailey said when he first heard the song he really connected with it and it has helped him in life, and he loves how fans sing along to it at his shows. The song is about a guy whose relationship is about to break up, describing it as between a "Rock and A Hard Place". A relatable song, which is why he connected with it.

Well, this is my second blog featuring Babs, so obviously, I am a fan of her advice. I was talking to Abbie in promotions about fresh cut Christmas trees and how to care for them and most of my advice from her came from Babs. Dan + Shay made an appearance yesterday on the TODAY Show to talk about a few things like getting ready for the holidays, new music, and family! 

Then they performed a couple of their holiday songs, a great way to start off the season!

Who is Babs? Well, if you don't know, she is someone you need to follow on Instagram because she has the best tips and tricks for any occasion! I used her method for removing seeds from the pumpkins we were going to carve and all I could say was thank you, Babs!

She has been posting a bunch of tips for Thanksgiving! "Babs Gobble Gobble Guide" posts are great ideas like how much food to serve and the easiest way to send guests home with leftovers. She shares recipes and even has a cookbook! And I love her guide to a stress-free Thanksgiving:
