Scotty McCreery has been working long and hard trying to get new music to his fans,
and he’s already got a pretty good start.
He has been in the studio a lot lately and has cut about 5 songs for his new record.
He hopes to have a new single in about a month or two.
Expect to hear the song this summer, when he hits the road with Rascal Flatts.

album for a third straight week.
Sam Hunt's Montevallo rises from two spots to number-two. Showing up in third place its first week out is the Music of Nashville Soundtrack.
Keith Urban is going broke, so to speak...Keith is featured on Jason Derulo’s collaboration along with
Stevie Wonder called “Broke,” and it is available now as an instant download if you pre-order Jason’s next album Everything is 4. Meghan Trainor and Jennifer Lopez are among the other
guests featured on the 11-song collection, which lands June 2nd.

Luke Bryan announced that his next album Kill the Lights will be released on August 7th -- the same day he'll perform on Good Morning America's Summer Concert Series. Luke says,
"It’s been two years since we’ve had a new album and I don’t think I’ve been this eager yet to
get it out to the fans.” The album features his latest single ‘Kick the Dust Up.’
Brad Paisley hasn't been an opening act in a very long time, but he'll gladly take a step back to open for
The Rolling Stones. Brad will be the opener when the Stones take their Zip Codetour to Nashville's LP Field
on June 17th. Playing around the Stones isn’t new for Brad, a couple of years back, they called on him to
play a song with them during their Philadelphia stop on the 50 and Counting tour.
Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum
and Luke Bryan are the first performers announced for the CMT Music Awards.
Carrie is the front runner, having earned five nominations. Kenny and Lady A follow with four nods.

Taylor Swift graces the cover of Maxim magazine's new "Hot List" issue, and even though
she is kinda #1, she can't claim to be the world's hottest woman -- because the editors have stopped giving numbers on the ladies.
The editor-in-chief of the magazine did confirm that the singer topped the reader vote in terms
of who's hot and who's not. She tells Women’s Wear Daily, “She was my dream cover, and she was
chosen based on her accomplishments and upcoming projects. Taylor is hot in every sense of the word."
Congrats to Tyler Farr as he walks into this week’s #1 spot on the Mediabase Country
singles chart with ‘A Guy Walks Into A Bar.’ The single is the first from his sophomore album
‘Suffer in Peace’ which has already been certified gold.
This is Tyler’s third consecutive #1, following ‘Redneck Crazy’ and ‘Whiskey In My Water.’

Dierks Bentley,Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line have joined the lineup for
Good Morning America's Summer Concert Series.
Dierks will take the stage on June 26th, Luke plays on August 7th and FGL close out the series on September 4th.
The shows take place on the SummerStage in New York City's Central Park.
Taylor Swift was the big winner at last night’s Billboard Music Awards, winning the
Top Artist Award. In the country categories, Florida Georgia Line won Top Country Artist,
and Jason Aldean won the rest: Top Country Album for Old Boots, New Dirt
and Top Country Song for ‘Burnin it Down.’
New music from Kelsea Ballerini and Brantley Gilbert lands today!
Kelsea’s debut album, The First Time,has 12 songs and features her breakout smash
