When Cam walks down the aisle with fiancé Adam Weaver, she won't be wearing a yellow wedding dress. 

She says she'll go easy on her signature color on their big day.

So, no yellow dresses or yellow tuxes -- but there will be touches of the color here and there.

Even though she grew up near the beach, surf and sand are not part of her wedding plans, either. She tells 

People, "I don't know why, but that seems a little cliché to me. Maybe because we're around it so much? We're going 

to skip the beach for the wedding."

Brandy Clark has revealed that her sophomore album Big Day in a Small Town will be out before summer. 

Brandy co-wrote each of the 11 songs on the release and says this time around, she has big dreams for her new music.

The album tells the stories of the football star, the father, the homecoming queen and the hairdresser because those 

are the stories she grew up knowing. She says “All these songs, there’s some little truth in them, somewhere, that 

resonates with me or that is about me.”

Big Day in a Small Townis the follow-up to Brandy’s 2013 acclaimed debut album12 Stories. It will make its debut on June 10.

Blake Shelton's defamation lawsuit againstIn Touch magazine can move forward.

A U.S. District Judge delivered a tentative ruling saying she is inclined to allow his $2 million lawsuit to go 

forward because the tabloid appeared to "cherry-pick" facts to support its September 28th story that Blake was heading to rehab and that his drinking led to 

his divorce from Miranda Lambert.

The success of Little Big Town’s recent single “Girl Crush” continues!  The song has now been certified double 

platinum for sales of 2 million copies and downloads.

Cole Swindell has a two-week number-one with “You Should Be Here.” This is Cole’s seventh chart-topper overall, following “Let Me See Ya Girl,” “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey” and “Chillin’ It.” He also co-wrote Florida Georgia Line’s “This Is How We Roll” and Luke Bryan’s “Roller Coaster.”

American Idol champ Trent Harmon is going country. According to Billboard, he'll record his debut country album in Nashville 

for Big Machine Records. Label head Scott Borchetta told reporters on Idol’s finale night that he envisions Trent’s album as “that 

Justin Timberlake country record. Justin ain’t going to make it, so we are.”

Sam Hunt tops the list of country finalists at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards.

Sam is up for three awards: Top Country Artist, Top Country Album for Montevallo and Top Country Song for "Break Up in a Small Town" 

and "Take Your Time." Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band are finalists in two categories each.

The Billboard Music Awards air live on May 22nd on ABC.

Nashville News: Monday 4/11

Scotty McCreery will hit the road for a tour to promote his book Go Big or Go Home: The Journey Toward the 

Dream, which throws the spotlight on his life with a focus mostly on his career since winning season 10 of American Idol. 

He'll start the tour in New Jersey on May 3rd and wrap up in his hometown of Garner, North Carolina on May 14th.

Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood co-headlined the Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride tour back in 2008, and they're teaming up again this 

December. This time, Keith is taking Carrie with him as his special guest on the Australian leg of his Ripcordtour.

The U.S. leg of the Ripcord tour kicks off on June 2nd in Kansas City, Missouri. He will stop at Blossom with Brett Eldredge 

and Maren Morris on July 15th!
