Brett Young and his fiancee Taylor Mills are in the middle of planning their wedding, which is happening later this year.
Brett doesn't really want to sing that day, but Taylor wants him to. One thing is for sure: he won't be singing one of his own songs. He says, "I think it will be really cheesy to do one of mine. So I’m trying to figure out what the cool, subtle thing to do is so that she gets the moment she’s looking for. And I don’t feel like I totally sold out on my wedding day.”
Jason Aldean's entertainment complex, Jason Aldean's Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, will open in Nashville's Lower Broadway area in June.
The four-story venue will have six bars, live music and the largest outdoor patio on Broadway. The menu features favorites made from family recipes, including his mom's peach cobbler.
No hard opening date has been announced yet.

Keith Urban’s album is at #1…
Brett Eldredge is coming to town…
Keith Urban’s ninth studio album, Graffiti U, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.
The 13-track project, which includes his current single, “Coming Home,” featuring Julia Michaels, is Keith’s sixth No. 1 album on the Top Country Albums chart. Graffiti U also debuted at No. 2 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart. He will be at Blossom on August 10th will Kelsea Ballerini!
Brett Eldredge announced the dates for the fall leg of his The Long Way tour.
The new leg kicks off September 13th in Denver and wraps up on October 19th in Boca Raton, Florida. Devin Dawson will join him on the 14-date run. They will stop at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica on September 28th!

The 2018 CMT Awards noms are out…
The ACM Honors were announced…
The list of nominees for the 2018 CMT Awards was released yesterday and Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean and Carrie Underwood tied for the most nods with four each. There will be four hosts this year: Little Big Town! They’re also nominated for three awards.
The 2018 CMT Music Awards airs on June 6 on CMT.
Alan Jackson, Darius Rucker, Sam Hunt and Dierks Bentley are some of the artists who will be recognized at this year's ACM Honors.
The show spotlights awards not given out on the televised show last month and will take place on August 22nd at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.
Performers and presenters will be announced soon.

Jason Aldean is still at #1…
Carrie Underwood is going back to American Idol…
Congrats to Jason Aldean as he remains at #1 again this week on the Mediabase Country Airplay chart with his song “You Make It Easy.” Also, the song is the first 2018 released country song to achieve gold status for 500,000 in sales and downloads.
Carrie Underwood is going back to American Idol this week as a guest mentor.
The remaining five contestants are in Nashville to work with her, then they'll all fly back to Hollywood to perform her songs songs on Sunday.
Carrie will also perform her new single, "Cry Pretty," on the show.
Don’t forget her album, Cry Pretty comes out on September 14th.

Luke Bryan is in for another season of American Idol…
FGL is up for more collaborations…
American Idol will be returning for a second season on ABC and so will Luke Bryan. He confirmed on Twitter that he's coming back as a judge. He tweeted. "It's all because of you guys, the music fans out there for bringing it back."
Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Ryan Seacrest are also returning next season.
Florida Georgia Line are the kings of collaborations.
They've worked with Nelly, the Backstreet Boys, Hailee Steinfeld and most recently Bebe Rexha. And now they hope to work with hip-hop trio, Migos and rapper, Cardi B.
Brian Kelley says, "We would love to do something with both of those artists, so on the same song would be awesome. We’ll see … that’s kind of the beauty of collaboration.”
Brian and Tyler are working on their fourth full-length album.
