It was a nice one for me spending lots of time with my fiancée Mackenzie and my puppy dog hank. 

The three of us attended the WQMX Pet Expo and had an awesome time. Hank really stole the show, as the little celebrity he is. He was loving everybody as much as they were him. I think he makes a great unofficial mascot of WQMX! 

He did so well meeting all sorts of different people and pets. Makes me a proud Dog-Dad! He didn't bark or howl at all, and he was manageable with the puppy nibbles. With our yard fenced in, that may have been the longest he's been on a leash in such a manner and yet again, he was awesome. He's really the best boy and sucked up all the attention from friends new and old. 

After that, on Saturday, I visited my mom for a little and took out my canoe. She took care of the hound while I went to a birthday party that evening, and he was sure pooped out by the end of the day. 

Jumping back to Friday, briefly, we entertained Mackenzie's dad and had a peaceful night enjoying the finale of her first school year teaching.

Sunday was also a slower-paced day. We enjoyed some nice homemade breakfast before heading out for Mackenzie's softball league. Hank and I cheered her on through some tough games.
