That what it was about this weekend. It was a good time! 

It sure was great to have an extra weekend day. I had some things to take care of, like mowing the lawn, but I also had the time to do some more enjoyable activities. One highlight was when I caught a fish out on my kayak in the early morning. I rode around in my El Camino, took Hank on a nice walk, and ate some good cookout food as well. 

Then there's the people! I spent some quality time with my fiancée, friends, and family. I'm glad we were able to come together as such and can't wait to do it again. 

With the unofficial end of summertime yesterday, its football, Fall, and fires next!
