My Top Ten Nocturnal Animals

Written by

With the short holiday week many of us are fortunate to be amidst, here we are at Thursday already! You know what that means; it's time for another top ten list.

I was coming into the station one recent night when I saw a little critter scurrying about- a skunk! I said, "what's up buddy" and went in the building, and haven't seen it since. I'm keeping an eye out, though, as I love spotting different native creatures.

The wildlife you can encounter under the moonlight is super cool, I think. As your live-in-the-studio overnight host for WQMX, you already know I'm excited to get into this one. Don't forget the flashlight; it's my top ten favorite nocturnal animals!

10. Bats

9. Catfish

8. Frogs

7. Skunks

6. Fireflies

5. Coyotes

4. Opossums

3. Flying Squirrels

2. Foxes

1. Owls

All of these can be found right here in Ohio!
