This song also cemented Trisha as and incredible overall vocalist, as it's quite demanding with her out there in front and center with a simple arrangement behind her. This song was loved at the moment, and even thought it's not top of mind awareness these days, many fans would still call this their favorite Trisha song. She has a few of those kind of songs, that were loved mightily at the time, like this and Down On My Knees. Of course everyone loves, She's In Love With The Boy, and I get it. This song here showed us all, just how great Trisha Yearwood was - and is. She is one of the best pure singers we have ever had, and this song showed us all, just how amazing she was at that early stage of her amazing career.
