Medina Boy joins the Good Fight to make Capes for Kids at ACH

Written by

Being in the hospital is usually pretty tough for kids that are battling a life threatening illness, and 12 year old Zakai Miller of Medina knows this very well as he has watched his older sister, Terje, battle cancer several times throughout their young lives.

Zakai, with lots of support from his family, friends, fellow Scouts and countless others, has been making capes and blankets for patients going through treatments at Akron Children's Hospital in hopes that it will bring them a smile and little extra courage as they continue their fight.

You can read the feel good story and see a video from News 5 Cleveland if you CLICK HERE

Keep it up Zakai!!
