Wrasslin' Wednesday on Thursday! Happy 4th of July! Saturday there will be fireworks in Toronto for Money In The Bank 2024. Here is the card and how I think it might go down.
The Bloodline vs Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. This one should be a no-brainer Cody and RKO should win on paper. The Bloodline adding 3 members since Wrestlemania you have to think that they can't keep losing if they want to be taken seriously. I mean does anyone think Solo is an enforcer. Now he has an enforcer in Jacob Fatu... They are laying the craziness on thick. Paul Heyman has sold the thought of dominance of The New Bloodline. If Roman and The Rock or whoever are going to comeback and try to take their seat at the table that Solo and his jabroni's have been keeping warm. This brood needs to get some wins if they are truly setting up a Family Civil War that may or may not include Sami Zayn... I hope Cody RKO wins but to make The New Bloodline viable I think they win obviously with something happening to make them look even tougher than they are...
Damian Priest vs Seth Rollins (World Heavyweight Championship) 3 months is enough for Damian Priest to have the belt. Summer Slam is coming and Gunther and Seth makes more sense to me... Priest has enough to deal with as part or not part of The Judgement Day. Please get him and Rhea out of it... Damian Priest could win but the bigger storyline is the in-fighting of the Judgement Day.
Sami Zayn vs Bron Breakker (IC Championship) Sami Zayn can do no wrong at this point. He has the power to get Bron over... Let's face it Bron is on a streak or wreckage tour... Sami should win but Breakker's Story if you want him to be a dominate fixture that you are building him up to be will probably win... if Sami wins it is going to be he survived rather than win definitively.
Jey Uso vs Carmelo Hayes vs Andrade vs Chad Gable vs LA Knight vs Drew McIntyre (Men's MITB Ladder Match). This one feels like it's all about Jey Uso and Drew McIntyre. I would say one of those 2 get the case. The while card is the Wyatt Sicks... They have created real distractions during what people think are Chad Gable Matches but he is never touched. Jey Uso has also been included in matches that the Wyatt Sicks have interfered in.. I think Jey Uso may be the focal point of the Sicks.. Drew McIntyre may have a Punk Problem during this one.. so I could see Gable pulling the case and Shooshing all the way to a chance at a title he has sought for a longtime. Carmelo Hayes is an outside wild card too getting heat very quickly since joining the main roster. I think Uso wins but not with a lot of hesitation.
Chelsea Green vs Iyo Sky vs Lyra Valkyria vs Naomi vs Tiffany Stratton vs Zoey Stark (Women's MITB Ladder Match). Zoey Stark has the best moves hands down in the ring. Iyo Sky is great but just doesn't pop outside the ring. Chelsea Green is one that would be great with the MITB Case... I don't see the Case going Neon with Naomi and Lyra is not progressing after just joining the main roster. I think everyone could win the case there will be something outside that weighs in on the winner. Tiffany Stratton is my pick she has the most heat, having the briefcase means she is viable for the title for the foreseeable future. Or does she cash it in immediately... Tiffy Time Is Ticking and about to go off!!!
