A week or so ago, we were in Las Vegas for a couple days. When Windy and I travel, one of things we really try to do is find new places to eat.  We like the joints, Ma and Pa places, and dives in general.   

As we pulled into Vegas after a couple days at Zion National Park, we found this taco joint who's name eludes me at this minute, but it was incredible.  We ordered vampiros. (pictured) insanely fresh food, with pork shaved off a pig on a spit in front of you.  We each ate two, but we each could have eaten 20.  So good!

When there you may want to check them out,(If I can think of the name LOL)  I know you like to go to Vegas.  And If not, maybe try some different local joints you have not before. We have found either local, or not, the dives you don't think about  -   have incredible food.
